Are you licensed?
Yes, we are a licensed general contractor with California CSLB license #957315. Bryan Reed manages every project personally from start to finish.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Orange County, CA, with current projects in Laguna Hills, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and Laguna Beach. Our office is at 2515 McCabe Way, Irvine, CA 92614.
Who manages my project?
Bryan Reed, our founder and general contractor, manages each project personally. Jakob Reed is our project manager handling day-to-day operations.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes, we handle insurance claim repairs as a side service. We document the damage, write a line-item repair estimate, and meet your adjuster — we are a licensed contractor, not a public adjuster, and all coverage decisions are made by your insurance company.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, every new home we build is covered by a one-year warranty. If something we built isn't right in the first year, we come back and fix it.
