Service 01 — Build
Build — ground-up custom homes & additions
High-end custom homes built from the ground up, plus ADUs, second-story and room additions, and architect-and-engineer coordination — all by one in-house team.
Custom ground-up homes
A custom home isn't a model from a catalog — it's drawn around the way your family lives, finished the way you want it, and built to last. We start with an empty lot and build the whole thing in-house, from the dirt to the front door.
- Designed around the way you live
- Built on your lot, from the ground up
- High-end finishes, inside and out
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)
An ADU is a smaller, self-contained home we build on the same lot as your main house — a high-end backyard guest house for family, or a steady rental. It has its own entrance, kitchen, and bath, and it adds real living space and value.
- Backyard guest home or rental
- Its own entrance, kitchen, and bath
- Designed to fit your lot and your main house
Second-story & room additions
You love the house — you just need more of it. We add space to the home you already have, whether that's a whole new upstairs or one more bedroom or family room, finished to match the rest of the house.
- Add a second story on top
- Add a bedroom, bath, or family room
- More room without moving
Architectural & engineering sync
Before we build, the drawings and the math have to match. The shape of the home and the strength of it have to line up — and the whole thing has to be permitted with the city. We coordinate the architect and the engineer so it's all ready to go.
- Design and structure lined up
- Engineered to hold up safely
- Permits submitted and tracked with the city
Backed by our 1-year build warranty
Per the board of contractors, every new home we build is covered by a one-year warranty. If something we built isn't right in the first year, we come back and fix it.
